Beverly Painting’s 3 years warranty policy:

Subject to the limitations set forth below, for a period of 36 months from the date of completion of the painting works described on the painting contract, Beverly Painting Pty Ltd. (the “Contractor”) will repair chipping paint, peeling or blistering from defective workmanship. This painting warranty of workmanship includes labour, and material needed for any repairs covered.

For this house painting or commercial painting standard warranty to be valid, you must:

• Retain a copy of the original painting contract.
• Proof of full payment of contract price based on contract payment term.
• Contact Beverly Painting on 1300 242 845 or by email admin@beverlypainting.com.au
• Make work area accessible to Beverly Painting or its employees, to perform the repairs.

Beverly Painting will:

• Carry out all of the covered repairs at NO COST to the client.
• Carry out any covered repairs to surface preparation as described in the original painting contract.
• Carry out any covered repairs on specific areas where peeling, cracking and/or chipping has occurred. Please note: Exact colour match cannot be guaranteed, since environmental conditions affect all the paints colour over time

This limited painting standard warranty does not cover:

• Any work where Beverly Painting did not supply the paint or other materials.
• Any work which was not prepared carried out and completed by Beverly Painting.
• Surfaces made of, or containing, galvanized metal.
• Repairs to horizontal surfaces or any surface that, because its design allows moisture to collect. Include, but not limited to railings, decks, roofs , window sills and stairs.
• Paint matching exactly, as the environmental situation will affect the colour and all existing and new paints finish over time. Neither can we guarantee that the finish coating will exactly match the finish paint samples which you selected.
• Natural finished wood surfaces or Varnished.
• Any repairs which are required as a result of a defect in the paint, Including but not limited to, chalking, fading, lapping and flashing regardless of whether the paint was supplied by the customer or Beverly Painting.
• Bleeding caused by cedar, rust or knots.
• Cracks in plaster, wood or drywall.
• Mould, mildew or any other environmental conditions appearance.

This limited painting standard warranty does not cover blistering, peeling or chipping caused by:

• Ordinary wear and tear.
• Misuse or abnormal use.
• Peeling of paint layers existing prior to the work performed by the Beverly Painting.
• Structural defects.
• Movement or settling.
• The substrate moisture content.
• Mechanical damage, abrasion, abrasive cleaning, abuse or damage resulting from the use of cleaning agents or chemicals or exposure to harmful liquids, solids or gases.
• Defects or damage caused in part or in whole by reason of, explosion, fire, flood, acts of God, misuse, extreme weather conditions, abuse, vandalism, alterations, negligence, or any other similar causes beyond the control of the Beverly Painting.
• Repairs under this limited painting warranty will be applied only on the specific areas where blistering, peeling or chipping has occurred and only to the level of surface preparation described in the Contract preparation section.
• Any blistering or peeling that Beverly Painting determines is the moisture intrusion problem result. Properly applied paint will peel and blister, usually to bare wood, in areas where the substrate is exposed to large amount moisture. Inadequately ventilated interior rooms like bathrooms, kitchens, etc... , gutters filled with debris, leaking roofs and windows are some of the usual moisture intrusion culprits.

This limited painting warranty is the only express warranty made by Beverly Painting and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied. This warranty covers only those services provided by Beverly Painting to the original client named on the painting contract. In no event shall Beverly Painting be liable for consequential or incidental damages or damages in excess of the original painting contract price. This painting warranty may not be extended or altered for any purpose unless done so in writing in a document executed by all parties to this painting contract.

Beverly Painting’s 10 years warranty:

We also offer a 10 years Golden Warranty improvement, inclusive with numerous annual maintenance assessments and carry out any covered repairs based on the policy. We refer to this as our 10 years maintenance Golden Warranty. With a warranty of up to 10 years, we guarantee you lasting magnificence and stability for your residential or commercial painting job.
